The final degree project starts by looking for new tools to benefit the employment sector. The context for the project is the transition that graduate designers have to make regarding their personal preparation for the professional sphere.
This approach is the starting point for research that seeks to discover the key to improving communication between candidates and companies. The methodology used is to locate conflict points in the current procedure and propose a theoretical-practical solution that can be applied to the current situation. One of the key points of the project will be to find the supply and demand of the social skills required by these companies.
The result is a self-assessment tool that enables designers to define which aptitudes and skills they have developed during the project design process. Companies will also benefit from this self-assessment tool to find their ideal candidate.
