To further its goals, EINA fosters its relationship with other research and educational institutions, as well as with a significant diversity of public and private cultural and social agents both nationally and internationally.
EINA's bond with these organisations and people is established through collaboration agreements that set out the action framework and the type of relationship between both parties.

- Framework agreement with the Design Museum to promote different educational activities related to design, creativity and innovation: common research projects, collaborations with teachers and inter-library lending.
- Agreement with Barcelona Design Centre (BCD) to take part as a member of the business cluster.
- Framework agreement with Hospital Sant Joan de Déu to conduct research activities.
- Framework agreement with the Museu Nacional de Catalunya for mutual cooperation in the promotion and dissemination of common projects and in the organisation of activities in the shared cultural sphere.
- Framework agreement with the Fundació del Gran Teatre del Liceu with the aim of running joint research and experimentation projects aimed at design.
- Framework agreement with the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León to foster shared activities and actions.

- Agreement with Mercabarna with the aim of running a restricted competition for illustration in which students on the Applied Illustration subject in the fourth year of the EINA Bachelor’s Degree in Design will take part.
- Agreement with the Reial Club de Polo de Barcelona to develop the design of one of the obstacles at CSIO Barcelona.
- Agreement with the Fundació Catalunya la Pedrera to design the Christmas decoration of the façade of the La Pedrera building.
- Agreement with the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona to develop a graphic identifier for the 50th anniversary of the UAB.
- Agreement with the Biosciences Faculty of the UAB with the aim of conducting a design project to be undertaken by students on the Master in Design of Spaces as part of its teaching activities in the Project Workshop: Work Spaces subject.
- Agreement with the Fundació Universitària del Bages and the Manresa Social Centre for People with Hearing Impairment with the aim of developing an illustrated book of emotional educational stories for children.
- Agreement with the Time out magazine to produce the design of the diplomas for the Time Out Barcelona 2018 Awards and the Time Out Madrid 2018 Awards.
- Agreement with the Tarantos-Jamboree venue with the aim of conducting a visual renovation project on the panels of the Jamboree venue.
- Agreement with the Reial Monestir de Santa Maria de Pedralbes Monastery to run a competition for the design of different merchandising products.
