eina.edu, intranet.eina.cat, gestioacademica.eina.cat, diposit.eina.cat, arxiu.eina.cat i blog.eina.cat are an internet domain and subdomain respectively, ownership of EINA Private Foundation (hereafter referred to as EINA) registered under no. 529 in the Registry of Foundations of the Generalitat de Catalunya. EINA is a university centre associated to the Universitat Autonoma.

This legal notice informs users about the general conditions applicable to the consultation or use of the contents and services provided by means of this site. Similarly it stipulated that this site is not aimed at minors. Visitors undertake to use this site in accordance with the law, these general conditions, morals, generally accepted good customs and public order.

The use of any of the email addresses provided to the site for unsolicited mass mailing (spam) is banned as well as to send any content or opinion that infringes the law or the legitimate rights of the holders. The visitor’s use or consultation of the services implies a total and unconditional acceptance of the conditions stated in this legal notice. At all times and without the need of prior notice EINA reserves the right to amend this legal notice, the contents published on its site or its configuration. In the same way EINA reserves the right for a temporary suspension of the access to the site owing to maintenance or improvement operations.

Every content published on this site including text, personal data, artistic work, information, image, design, trademark or other material is property of EINA or third parties that have authorised its use.

Under no circumstance does the access to the site entail the resignation or dismissal of such rights or confer any right of use, edition, copy, modification, distribution, reproduction or usage without prior specific written consent from the legitimate holder or when applicable from EINA with the exception of content distributed in licenses. Any distribution authorised by its legitimate holder will invariably require the source and the ownership to be quoted unless otherwise indicated.

By different means or formats of its own and occasionally belonging to third parties, EINA publishes and disseminates the Final Career Projects (PFC), Final Degree projects (TFG) and Final Master’s Projec (TFM) of its students as well as photographs of the centre or events in which their image may appear with the aim of promoting the student, EINA’s service quality and to foster the dissemination of design and art. With the same aims EINA may assign these materials and images to third parties (companies, entities or contests related to art and design). Such activities do not entail a right to remuneration or financial profit for the student. Nonetheless, the student sending material or images to EINA’s Online Content Publications Department is totally voluntary and when it happens relevant specific authorisation and the student’s agreement for the use of their work, image and assignments to third parties are requested.

The infringement of this regulation, be it directly or indirectly through any format will entail the lodging of the appropriate legal action.

The owners of the data, contents and images published on this site or its users may make EINA aware of any content prejudicing them by sending an email to the following address: online(a)eina.cat

The site provides students with different link to access websites, blogs and web pages belonging or being managed by third parties. The generation of such links on this site only responds to the aim of facilitating users’ research of contents, information and services available online and access to the information. The inclusion of these links does not necessarily imply the acceptance or approval of the contents and/or services of the linked site by EINA. Only their owner will be liable. That is why the user is advised to be cautious when accessing linked sites and to verify their corresponding conditions, use and privacy rules. May they view any offensive, harmful or illegal content in the linked site, they are encouraged to immediately notify it by sending an email to the address online(a)eina.cat so that the link can be deleted.
