BÈSTIA! is a critical intervention in a former animal exploitation complex for the implementation of a culinary space based on the vegan diet. The project aims to question the current model of life and focuses on the problems of the meat industry and all its by-products to formulate a new way of living.
With the location of the project, I propose a clash of concepts to create a destructive and constructive criticism of animal exploitation and the food system imposed today, highlighting the unsustainability and fate of these types of models and proposing an antagonistic change of concepts. Generating a dissonance between what was, what is, and what should be. I put into context what a vegan restaurant should be and what the culture of veganism preaches.
It seeks from veganism and the culture of sustainability, human reconciliation with nature and morality. Presenting an aesthetic of contrasts, both visual and ethical that resonate with the user as a cry for change.
