The project has its roots in Barcelona's convenience stores, popularly known as Pakistani stores, and the eradication of some of the problems that they pose, such as not complying with regulations, not applying the culture of cleanliness and the fact that they are not aesthetically attractive to society.
Therefore, the aim of the project is to transform the negative points of these stores into positive ones, using the minimum economic resources possible and ready-made aesthetics.
To achieve this, pallets have been used as shelves, the stores' original flooring has been preserved, shelf kits have been put up because of the versatility they offer for tuning, fruit boxes have been used as a shop counter, etc. Throughout, I have kept in mind that the final cost will be a maximum of 7,000 Euros – including lighting – and that the end result will offer great improvements to these types of stores.
