Eina presents a new edition of the Illustration at Eina exhibition, showcasing projects created by students from the Specialisation Diploma in Creative Illustration and Visual Communication Techniques and the Specialisation Course in Children’s and Youth Illustration during the 2025–2026 academic year.
The exhibition opens on Thursday 16 July at 5.30 pm at Eina Bosc and will remain open until 10 September (it will be closed throughout August for the summer break).
The exhibition offers a journey through the creative worlds of a new generation of illustrators, featuring works that reflect the wide range of visual languages, techniques and conceptual approaches explored throughout the year. The pieces on display demonstrate not only the development of each student's distinctive visual voice but also their ability to respond to editorial, narrative and visual communication projects from a contemporary perspective.
The Specialisation Diploma in Creative Illustration and Visual Communication Techniques, coordinated by Philip Stanton, has a history spanning more than twenty-five years and this year showcases the work of Violeta Aguiló Rodríguez, Carla Ahumada Franco, Núria Clusellas Vilafranca, María Magdalena Fuenzalida Yáñez, Tania Galli Seoane, Sheila Jones, Maria Mangano, Norma Martinez, Larissa Moraes, Daniel Ramírez Galvis, Arielle Sheinberg Mustri, Maria Torner Jolonch and Andrea Valverde Lahiguera.
The Specialisation Course in Children’s and Youth Illustration, coordinated by Gabriela Rubio, continues to foster the development of a distinctive artistic voice and the creation of a professional portfolio for the publishing industry. The exhibition includes work by Blanca Aranda Piñana, Lara D'Agostino, Dana Fernández Espelleta, Marina García Aquino, Lucas Lopes, Laura Nuria Font and Clem by Clem (Clémentine Savoie).
The exhibition also reflects the international character of both programmes, bringing together students from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, France, Italy, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and different parts of Spain. This diversity of backgrounds enriches the exhibition with a broad range of visual languages, cultural references and creative perspectives, making Illustration at Eina a space for dialogue and exchange between different sensibilities and approaches to contemporary illustration.
