Eina brings contemporary design and architecture research to In the Making

Eina will take part in the exhibition In the Making, which will be held from 26 June to 15 July 2026 at La Capella del MACBA. Eina will participate with projects from the Bachelor in Design, the Master’s Degree in Spatial Design (MUDE), the Postgraduate Diploma in Garden Design and Art, and the european project  . This selection showcases the research and experimentation carried out around new ways of inhabiting space, landscape and the transformation of contemporary environments.

European project Situated Creative Practices for the Pluriverse (SIT-PLU)
Within the framework of the European project Situated Creative Practices for the Pluriverse (SIT-PLU), several research lines are being developed to explore how art, design, and culture can contribute to addressing socio-ecological challenges from situated and pluriversal perspectives.

At In the Making, we present two research projects developed within this framework: Serps d’Aigua a Sarrià. Les rieres ocultes de Barcelona (Water Snakes in Sarrià. Barcelona’s Hidden Streams), developed by Sitesize as part of the Water Eina Public Sphere / SIT-PLU EINA research line; and (ε r), by Lara García Díaz, María García Ruiz, and Francesc Soria, developed within the seminar Raising the Ground (Aixecar el Sòl).
