In the 1960s and 1970s, Xavier Rubert de Ventós worked with EINA, teaching the Theory of Sensitivity subject on the course in design, and led a number of seminars and lectures. Together with Eugenio Trias, Jordi Llovet and Antoni Vicents, he was the founder of the College of Philosophy, a philosophy debate and lecture group, the first year of which was held at EINA, to then move to the Casal de Sarrià, then to the Casa Elizalde, before ending up at the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona, as part of the Institute of Humanities.
