This project consists of the creation of a scenario where cocktail lovers can enjoy the art of creating and tasting cocktails whenever they wish.
It is located in Gijón, a city with a long tradition of a good drink but with no specialist venue.
Géminis, the name of the project, is a synonym for duality and different personalities that complement each other.
The space has been designed so that the different spaces within the same venue interact, but also complement, with each other.
They are: the Terrace or Cocktail Bar, with a relaxed and informal feel, and the Cocktail Salon, which is quieter and offers greater privacy. Both spaces have their own bar with a central island.
The Cocktail Workshop-School is a space where the art of the cocktail is taught.
The design of the project was inspired by bars where cocktails enjoyed their heyday and includes references to stage designs, films, series and photographs showing this type of space.
