Starting from the basis of a personal interest in gastronomy and design, we have created this project in which both interests are linked together in a harmonious and coherent way. The project proposes a cookery school with its own tasting restaurant.
Using premises that are currently empty and unused, we have created a space with two independent branches but that can interact in a complementary way. We are referring to the world of gastronomy, where tasting is the clear consequence of precise and methodical learning. The two branches that we have developed identify these two spaces: the educational and the commercial. These spaces have been created with the minimum physical and aesthetic barriers possible, so making the union between the two programmes possible.
Through the design, we have achieved a timeless space with its own personality thanks to the right materials, shapes, furniture and lighting.
