Exhibitions Ecos de lo Invisible and Tramas imaginarias

Students from the Master's Degree in Research in Art and Design (MURAD) at Eina are presenting two collective exhibitions this May, showcasing their creative processes and artistic explorations. With diverse approaches —both practical and theoretical— the exhibitions create spaces for dialogue, experimentation, and meaning-making through image, body, space, and thought.

Ecos de lo Invisible

Ecos de lo Invisible brings together a selection of works by 27 Chinese students currently enrolled in MURAD. Through media such as installation, video, performance, sculpture, and sound, their proposals address themes like memory, perception, and cultural identity from poetic, critical, and experimental perspectives.

The artworks engage in dialogues between East and West, past and present, offering a view into what often remains unseen, hidden, or silenced. The exhibition invites audiences to immerse themselves in alternative ways of seeing, thinking, and representing the world.

Participants: Zaho Ziwei, Wang Xinyi, Cheng Yuzhou, Chen Bingzhang, Zhang Shurui, Qian Xiran, Liu Xinyi, Chang Yuan, Ren Yuyao, Xiao Yueying, Fen Jinglian, Liu Yushan, Cen Xiangyi, Deng Zhiyun, Zhang Fengyao, Zhang Hao, Bai Yuning, Fu Kuiyu, Huang Huixun, Jiang Suhong, Wang Yilin, Zhang Yichen, Hu Qiao, Yuan Xuan, Huang Haoxuan, Zhang Xinyu, Wang Yanfei.

→ Opening: May 20th at 7:00 PM
→ May 20–21
→ Àngels Barcelona – Espai 2 (C/ dels Àngels, 16)

Tramas imaginarias

Tramas imaginarias features projects that stem from the artistic research processes of MURAD students. Each piece reveals its own imaginary world, exploring aesthetic, formal, methodological, and conceptual concerns without the need for a unified narrative.

The exhibition includes live performances during the opening —such as Trena by Marta Casas and PH (Príncipe Heredero) by Hong Xu— and invites the audience to follow an open-ended route through the artworks, building their own connections. Tramas imaginarias is an invitation to inhabit a shared and plural space of creation.

Participants: Marta Casas, Clara de Sousa, Hong Xu, Huseyin Ozel, Laura Fajardo, Sofia Montecinos, Bai Yuchen, Lu Meng, Lina Fernandez G, Liang Xin, Yu Shilan, Jiaxin Zhang, Sihan Li, Miaomiao Cheng, Unfunny_Curator, Sofía Aguilar.
