Camper and Eina have once again launched a space for critical and sustainable creation with students and international experts.
The renowned international footwear brand, with Mediterranean roots and a transgressive spirit, has introduced a new initiative to explore possible futures through design, critical thinking, and sustainability.
In this creative laboratory — a space for reflection and knowledge exchange — participants included Design Degree students: Yasmina Aammouri, Judit Abad, Francina Ayuso, Júlia Batlló, Diana Galán, Helen García, Zoe Matalón, Aleix Peguera, Rocío Rodríguez, and Anna Salinas, with guidance from tutor Irene Sierra.
With a legacy defined by innovation, Camper was inspired by classic football sneakers to create Pelotas, one of its most iconic models. Now, staying true to its disruptive spirit, the brand is committed to projects that challenge the boundaries of the industry and place social, environmental, and circular economy concerns at the forefront.
This initiative featured the collaboration of Gloria Rodríguez, cultural projects director, and Adri Rodríguez, head of Camper’s Creative Network. It also welcomed special guest Matthew Needham, creative director, consultant, and Sustainability Lead for the Fashion Programme at Central Saint Martins in London, as well as co-founder of Trash Club.
