El museu més gran del món

The biggest museum in the world at Barcelona Dibuixa

Eina participates in the Barcelona Dibuixa festival with the workshop ‘The biggest museum in the world’ that will take place on Sunday 20 October from 10am to 3pm at Eina Bosc (Carrer del Bosc, 2).

Gemma Fontanals, illustrator and former student of the Master's Degree in Graphic Design and the programme in illustration for children's and young people's publications, is leading this activity that invites audiences of all ages to create their own museum on the façade of the Bosc premises.

We have walls and frames, all we need is the artwork. In ‘The biggest museum in the world’ the façade of Eina Bosc is at your disposal to draw, chalk in hand, the pieces you would like to find. Do you have a favourite painting? What work would you like people passing by to see? Have you ever exhibited a drawing of your own? You don't pay admission to this museum; it belongs to everyone and is for everyone!

This edition of Barcelona Dibuixa, co-produced by the Institut de Cultura de Barcelona (ICUB) and the Museu Picasso de Barcelona, also features the participation of former Eina students:

  • Lara Costafreda, alumna of the Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Illustration and Visual Communication Techniques, will be at the Museu Picasso with the workshop ‘Imaginary of possible futures, illustrated love letters in the city of Barcelona’.
  • Anna Font, former student of the Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Illustration and Visual Communication Techniques, will be at the Museu Picasso with the workshop ‘How to draw the void’.
  • Francesca Llopis, visual artist specialising in painting and video art, trained at Eina, will be at the Can Framis Museum of the Fundació Antoni Vila Casas, giving the workshop ‘Drawing to translate a gesture’.
  • Inge Nouws, former student of the programme in illustration for children's and youth publications, will be with Bea de Rivera Marinelo doing the workshop ‘In search of special specimens’ at the Martorell Exhibition Centre.
