Vuelta y Vuelta [Sunny Side Up] is a graphic identity project for a travel agency that organises tours all over the world to places of cultural and gastronomic interest. Each tour is based on a specific food and on each journey travellers discover the very best that this food has to offer. The typical customer is passionate about food and would do anything for their favourite dish.
The aim was to create an identity based on a leading brand and a set of sub-brands, as well as a graphic system and a set of pieces that would make each journey special.
Customers are given a package containing a guide, passport, a calendar and a collection of books.
The customers’ passion/obsession was the basis for creating this system of pieces, as reflected in the types of resources, such as inclinations, turns of phrase and repeated elements in each piece. Each tour was given a colour, depending on the food on which it was based, making colours the main differentiating elements.
It was extremely important for the travel agency to offer something that the Internet did not: giving value to the journey and getting customers involved and participating.
