Villa Luz, Hotel Boutique

Villa Luz, Boutique Hotel is a project that was created due to the need to repurpose a Catalan colonial Indiana-style house that was hardly being used. The new programme created from this the boutique hotel which offers guests a highly painstaking design far removed from that of the large hotel chains, together with an architectural beauty that truly holds its own.

Having been converted into a boutique hotel, Villa Luz is a welcoming space that makes guests feel at home. The main concern in terms of the interior design was to respect the original structure of the space, preserving all the existing floorings and coving. This was achieved by not allowing the majority of the elements subsequently positioned to reach the ceiling, so they became objects superimposed on the original space. This enables us to distinguish perfectly the new intervention of the existing elements.
