An extreme situation is presented regarding food where this and water are not easy to obtain, e.g. an aeroplane crash in the mountains which means that you have to survive under adverse conditions until you are rescued. This is where this survival kit comes into its own, with the added value of putting into practice a form of wordless communication, limited to the graphic and universal language of pictograms and infography. there are three kits: red (mountain), orange (sea) and blue (desert). The colour coding contrasts with the chromatic dominance of the landscape context in each setting. The kits are sealed plastic containers divided into three sections: tools, first aid kit and food. Each item in the kit is wrapped in a double-layer film to preserve as fully as possible. The pictograms indicate what each package contains and, in turn, act as an index so users know where to find the explanation or relevant uses in the leaflets. The tab system and its reticular positioning means that the item can be found and removed instantly. All graphic language is synthetic and schematic to make it easy to understand.
