Equilicuá

SMEs are very often limited to developing their potential and that of their employees due to their narrow physical structure and reduced economy. This means that many professionals end up preferring a large company instead of a small or medium one when deciding on a job.

The aim of this project is to help reverse this situation to make these businesses as attractive as their large competitors.

The formula for achieving this is Equilicuá, a communal space for SMEs from Barcelona’s central Ribera district. The pilot project unites the strengths of these small businesses enabling them to offer benefits to their employees, who will then have a greater quality of life during the working day. Its objectives include a healthy diet in a suitable environment, rebalancing body and mind, digital disconnection and social engagement. All surrounded by nature, comfort and natural light.
