Teaching / Research
Lecturer and researcher at EINA (UAB) in the fields of projects, user-centred design, innovation methodologies and industrial transformation processes, and currently Director of Innovation and Enterprise at Eina.
Also active as a lecturer in various national and international universities of design, architecture and business at undergraduate and master's level, in areas related to design processes applied to innovation. Creator of educational programmes based on experiential learning and innovation.
Professional Experience
Senior Product Manager and Design Lead, with more than 20 years of experience leading strategy and development of new products, services and brands in different sectors. He began his professional career at Studio Joe Colombo in Milan.
He currently co-directs the strategic design agency OVICUO DESIGN, specialising in the Retail, Workspaces, and Health & Wellness sectors. His work is at the intersection between design, architecture, innovation and business, working for companies such as MANGO, RENAULT, DIESEL, BOBOLI, MEDIAPRO or startups such as The Nordic Projekt or Incapto.
Expert in innovation methodologies, creative and design processes, and research and co-creation with users. Extensive experience in project management in the fields of design and architecture.
Awards
He has been awarded the IF Design Awards in 2021, as well as the Red Dot Design and German Design Awards in 2020. Double Delta de Bronze in 2020 and Delta ADI-FAD Selection in 2015 and 2013.
In 2009 he received a grant from the Fondation Le Corbusier for "Jeunes chercheurs" to carry out research on the "Unité d'habitation de Nantes-Rezé". In 2008 he received a grant from the Department of Culture of the Generalitat de Catalunya for the research "Hochschule für Gestaltung. Ulm School".

Active both in scientific articles and in publications on practical knowledge transfer such as " El libro de la innovación (2020)”. Speaker at numerous national and international congresses and conferences.
