The jury of the Laus Awards, one of the most prestigious competitions in the field of graphic design and visual communication, organised by the Association of Graphic Designers and Art Directors (ADG-FAD), has chosen the following works by EINA students as finalists for the 50th edition of these awards:

Final Design Degree project
A book and app that reinterpret a way of conceiving possible futures. Based on the book "Four Futures" by Peter Frase, a re-edition is made based on the paratextuality and the debate that is generated among readers in an anonymous way. Through the relationship between the analogue and digital piece, an interactive debate is achieved in real time on issues of the future society.

Final Design Degree project
Poética (Poetics) is a visual system that offers a graphic interpretation of lyrical poetry. The system, through the key words of each poem, analyses the feelings expressed by the author and communicates them through colour. The project experiences the connection between art and digital technology. How a poem can be visually represented through software.

Design Degree free project
Magnet (Magazine+Network) is a Netflix of digital publications. It is a way of reading and managing publications, as current apps are individual, expensive and do not sufficiently encourage the interactions typical of the digital environment. Magnet transports the graphic experience of a paper magazine to the digital environment without falling into analogical conventions and without losing its identity.
Marc Villalba Moras - 451, Literatura en llamas
Postgraduate in Photography and editorial design project
451, Literatura en llamas (451, Literature on Fire) treats literary creation as a tool for generating dialogue and forming critical minds. Interconnecting literature, design and photography. The project is the redesign of an existing literary magazine: art direction, naming and selection and restructuring of its content with the aim of obtaining a magazine-object that will be positioned within the segment of cult publications.
The awards ceremony will take place on 27 November at Nit ADG.
