EINA, Centro Universitario de Diseño y Arte de Barcelona requires a person of Support to the Academic Management in the field of Masters and Postgraduates.
Working hours: Full time to replace sick leave. Once the substitution has been completed, the profile will be assessed for an indefinite incorporation given the growth situation of the Centre.

Requirements
- Minimum training of intermediate level education in Administration and Management or similar.
- Languages: Catalan, Spanish and English spoken and written (minimum English level B1).
- Ability to communicate when informing about academic programmes.
- Proficiency in office automation tools (spreadsheet, word processor)
- 2 years of experience in academic management positions
- Knowledge of the academic management software SIGMA would be an asset.
Responabilities
- Personal attention to the user (counter, switchboard).
- Information and active monitoring of people interested in the masters/postgraduate/courses.
- Support for academic management: pre-enrolment, enrolment, assessment, etc.
- Support to coordination and teaching staff
The tasks to be carried out will be as follows
- Mails information/enrolment support: masters, postgraduate and courses.
- Sigma: create courses and enrolment/enrolment links, maintenance and modifications, incident management.
- Study access process: review of applications, verification of access documentation, admissions and admission letters, communication to study coordinators, control of payments.
- Files: create and verify documentation
- Management of records: Eina and UAB
- Management of certificates of own studies
- UAB: send lists of enrolments, evaluation reports and other documentation
- Support for the development of courses, coordination and teaching staff.
