Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults is a frequently misunderstood and underdiagnosed condition, especially in Spain, where the mistaken belief that it is a childhood condition persists. The Nudge project proposes a system designed to accompany adults with ADHD, helping them manage their daily lives.
Nudge arises from a personal experience with late diagnosis of ADHD and the difficulty in finding adequate support. The lack of recognition of ADHD in adults and the need for visibility are the driving forces behind this project. During the research, the challenges posed by this condition were addressed, integrating advanced artificial intelligence technologies to provide personalized assistance.
The device charges autonomously using kinetic and solar energy, and is designed to be aesthetically pleasing and functional, integrating like a customizable piece of jewelry. In addition to managing tasks and appointments, Nudge can learn and adapt to the user, anticipating crises and providing emotional support, thanks to its ability to recognize specific patterns.
This project aims to improve the quality of life of people with ADHD and to promote greater understanding and recognition of this condition in society.
