Food waste, specifically of fresh bread, is a problem that requires urgent attention.
This project aims to address this problem by creating a new biodegradable material from wasted bread.
Through a proper collection and transformation process, Glina is born, a biodegradable tray that acts as a sustainable alternative for cafeterias.
This solution not only reduces the waste of fresh bread, but also contributes to the sustainability and protection of the environment by using a local and abundant raw material.
