Fagos Publisher

Nutrition is not just the intake of food and the absorption of its nutrients, but it is also everything required for intellectual growth. This is the origin of the Fagos publisher, a meeting point for culture and cuisine, a concept that is defined as cuisine culture. The aim of this publisher is to go beyond what is currently on the market and it proposes that in order to cook correctly, not only do you need to know how to follow a recipe but you also need a certain level of culture, both in terms of the ingredients and the utensils you will be using.

Fagos, therefore, is a publishing project with three core lines, a collection of literature, the main theme of which is food, another containing a collection of poems on different subjects related to food and a third where each book offers an in-depth analysis of a cooking utensil and explains all the details.
