Face and identity

Face and identity is an audiovisual project that looks at personal identity through people’s faces and their gestures when communicating. The starting point for the project is that the face is the part of the body we use to identify people and that visibly differentiates us from each other.

The result of the project has been a set of four videos showing the faces of one hundred and twenty people at the same time, all in movement, and positioned to form a square next to each other. Each video shows the same people arranged in a different sequence to modify our perception of the group.
