Cooperative housing can be a transformational tool that helps protect and restore social ecosystems and urban environments through the creation of mutually beneficial relationships between people, the things they do, and their environment.
Taking community housing as a starting point, the project’s main focus is to respond to the management of common spaces, optimizing their use to reduce costs. I analyze their needs and develop a digital platform to ensure the user a pleasant and practical experience whilst improving the usefulness of communal spaces.
