Degusto

Throughout history, humans have stopped eating solely to feed themselves and also for nourishment and have begun to enjoy the act of eating. The evolution of food has followed a different course in different cultures. In ours, sauces are an essential part as they provide flavour and variety to dishes and continue to be a mixture of substances with which to enliven food.

There is now a type of middle- to high-class consumer, the gourmet, with a taste for the world of food, willing to spend a good part of their income on trying new dishes, discovering new restaurants and new haute cuisine shops and tasting new and modern flavours.

The aim of the project is to create a range of innovative sauces, which set themselves apart from the rest by their design and class, and which meet the needs of this public.
