Cooking with wild plants from the Sénia

Cooking with wild plants from the Sénia is a project that aims to recover and redimension the culinary culture based on natural resources from the area demarcated by the course of the Sénia river, running through Catalonia, the Valencian Community and Aragon.

The cornerstones of the project are cooking, nature and region.

The result of the Final Degree Project takes the form of an editorial project, with a publication comprised of two volumes.

The guide contains the specifications of the plants available for use in cooking, and the information needed to be able to pick them satisfactorily; description of habitats and picking calendar. The second volume (recipes) includes all the recipes that we can make with all the plants.
