Slow kebab: the creation and design of a new service concept of kebab is a project that seeks to re-evaluate kebab consumption by creating a chain of kebab shops inspired by the philosophy of the Slow Food movement.
This original idea is developed in a context where the poor conditions of kebab shops place Turkish products in the spotlight.
The objective is to employ the possibilities offered by design to construct a new identity, distant from the kebab’s current reputation.
This final degree project will encompass the whole process of creating the brand, from research and analysis to its market implementation.
