Animal Horror Stories

Animal Horror Stories is a project that consists of the creation of an exhibition space that denounces human entertainment that uses the exploitation, torture and killing of animals, of whatever species and of whatever size. The mistreatment of animals has always been very much rooted in the culture of entertainment and leisure. Fast-food restaurants, circus shows, hunting as a sport, aquariums and marine parks... are all leisure spaces where our “fun” is assured. However, they are clearly focused on human animals. Non-human animals have everything to lose, they are mistreated and what is most important to them is taken away, their freedom. The exhibition will take us to a space resembling a children's funfair, where allusions to mistreatment of animals explain the different works, with which the public can play.
