This programme focuses on formal and informal learning beyond EU borders, with a clear vocation for internationalisation, and is open to third countries with the aim of improving the educational and training skills of people for the employability of teachers and staff. It allows teaching, research and training placements for all teaching staff and staff.
This programme allows a stay in a foreign institution. Teaching staff mobility placements must have a duration of 2 days to 2 months, excluding travel days. The maximum period to be funded is 5 days.
Two types of mobilities are possible:
- Teaching mobility stays: the teaching load of the stay has to be a minimum of 8 teaching hours per week (for periods between 2 and 5 days).
- Teaching mobility stays combined with training stays: the teaching load of the stay must be a minimum of 4 teaching hours per week and 4 hours of training (for periods between 2 and 5 days)". You can find all the information on the UAB website.
EINA offers the possibility of teaching, research and training stays to teachers, researchers and staff from universities and research centres all over the world.
In no case does the stay involve the stipulation of a contract or financial remuneration.
The visiting staff will have a teacher or member of staff who will collaborate in the reception and may carry out their task autonomously or by joining an existing course, research group or department.
At the beginning of the stay the visiting staff will be included in the EINA register and at the end of the stay they will have the academic certification corresponding to the task carried out.
This programme aims to facilitate the establishment of relations between centres, as well as the possibility of getting to know other cultures and methodologies.
In order to process the stay it is necessary to request, firstly, a letter of invitation to EINA; and once received, it will be necessary to make the application for the mobility itself from the centre of origin.
