Workshop Gustatory Aesthetics, within the program of MURAD

Wednesday 30th and Thursday 31st of March, in classroom 8 at EINA, and within the program of the MURAD (University Master of Research in Art and Design) by EINA, will take place the workshop on Gustatory Aesthetics, with the participation of the Università degli Studi di Udine, the Università degli Studi de Torino, the Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche of Pollenzo, the Université de Toulouse Jean Jaurès and students and professors of MURAD.

Various conferences, coordinated by Jessica Jacques and Tània Costa, in order to know the starting point of the contributions that the members of each institution have made with respect to gustatory aesthetics in the broadest sense of the term (with the inclusion of attention to the aesthetics of the senses in general ), and giving birth to creative processes of specific fields. Conferences will be freely accessible to all students and teachers who want to participate.
