Laura Lange and Aleix Peguera, students of the Bachelor of Design, are taking part in ‘Ocho Plazas’, an ephemeral exhibition organised by the Industrial Design Association, ADI-FAD, with fourteen young designers, which will take place on Wednesday 27 November from 19h to 22h at Avenida Fabregada 26 in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.
What objects surround us and enhance our present experience in an almost imperceptible way? Based on this premise, the designers were challenged to create pieces under the concept of tools to support disinhibition. This approach unifies the ten proposals presented by fourteen young designers at the FAD.
Laura and Aleix's project consist of designing a lamp to offer an interactive experience to the exhibition, not for everyday use. The intention is for the viewer to interact, regulating the intensity of the light by placing different shades on the structure of the lamp. This flexibility allows each person to experiment and decide the lighting according to their preference, inviting them to explore the impact of light on the space and their personal perception.
