‘Food, Memory and Society: the configuration of the gastronomic task' is the symposium organised by the Design History Foundation (FHD), which will take place on 28 and 29 November at Eina Bosc.
This event, coordinated by Amadeu Ventanyol, teacher of the Bachelor of Design, aims to promote a historical debate with the epicentre of Barcelona, World Region of Gastronomy in 2025, which will highlight the relationship that has always existed between food, decorative arts and design, which has always been very present throughout the history of Eina.
The inaugural lecture ¡A la Mesa! Compartir mesa y su representación en el arte, will be given by Núria Bàguena, Graduate in Humanities. Researches the evolution and history of world cuisines. Teacher and advisor on culinary heritage.
