Venue: Espai Mercè Sala (Metro Diagonal L5, access Rambla de Catalunya corner Rosselló)

The exhibition 'The Colours of Gratitude' shows the process of creation of the mural by Philip Stanton, professor of the Design Degree and coordinator of the EINA's Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Illustration and Visual Communication Techniques, in collaboration with the students of the Design Degree, which is in the main lobby of the Guinardó/Hospital de Sant Pau station on line 4 of the Barcelona metro.

The exhibition brings together sketches, images and videos of the production of the work, as well as some testimonial texts of this 60 square metre cubist, colourful, Mediterranean artistic intervention commissioned by the Fundació TMB and sponsored by Titanlux. The mural pays tribute to all the health workers who have cared for us during the pandemic, and wants to be a token of gratitude to the city of Barcelona and its people after the hard months of confinement.

The students of EINA's Design Degree participating in this project are: Laia Badenas Marti, Gerard Cortina Vila, Guillem García Romera, Claudia Gonzalez Rodiel, Marina Mas Puig, Pau Morató Sebastià, Aura Olivan Gurt, Javier Perez Criado, Monica Ruiz Revuelta.
