Eina takes part in MIRA Festival 2026 with Nodèn

Eina is taking part in the MIRA Digital Arts Festival, which will be held on 6 and 7 November 2026 at Fira Montjuïc in Barcelona, with Nodèn, an interactive installation developed by students from the Bachelor in Design as part of the Projects 6: Visual Creation subject.

Nodèn reflects on the growing disconnection between people and the natural world in a society increasingly shaped by technology. The project transforms a space within the festival into a sensory garden combining plants, light and sound to create an immersive and participatory experience.

Using sensors and contact microphones, the installation captures visitors' vibrations and interactions, transforming them into lighting effects and soundscapes. In this way, visitors become active participants in an ecosystem that explores new ways of connecting with nature.

The project was created by Alba Bernal, Wal Antonio Couyi, Lola Elbert, Simón Fernández, Mario Luna, Andrea Maymó, Noubi Oliete, Aleix Peguera and Samuel Ben Ramis, under the supervision of Adrià Julià.

Taking part in MIRA Festival provides an opportunity to bring this academic project into a professional contemporary creative setting, where design, digital arts and technological experimentation come together.
