This project consists of the creation and launch of a monographic magazine that exploits the formal side to food through murals, illustrations, photographs, scale-models, sculptures, etc. Tasty! Is a monthly magazine with a guest author for each edition.
One of the great challenges facing this magazine has been the hierarchical struggle in terms of the different types of text through the grid and a single typeface: Avenir. Adrian Frutiger designed it in 1988 and, despite its tendency towards geometric strictness, the horizontal features of this typeface are thicker than its vertical ones and its O does not form a perfect circle. To determine the identity of the magazine, a series of possible covers for different consecutive issues have been designed.
To launch the magazine, a collection of posters has been created which, in a single photograph, combine two types of tools: one from the world of gastronomy and the other from the world of art. To reinforce the launch of the publication, a motion graphic typeface that uses Avenir has been created.
