This project aims to lay out a single-family home, located on a plot measuring 67.82 m2, which adapts to the existing plot of land. The aim is to develop a programme and an optimum habitability despite the small size of the land.
The present plot contains two independent homes and the project aims to join them with a view to getting a single home that is more complete and extensive.
The home will be for a family of four: two adults and two children. It has been conceived to cover their specific needs, with a communal area, a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wine cellar, at least.
As the dimensions are small, the stairs have been laid out along one of the dividing walls to free up space. A set of sliding doors that disappear when they are open also provides a feeling of space to the rooms and an independence of areas when the doors are closed.
