The theme of this project is the remodelling of a space to create a workshop-club for classic motorbikes from the 1990s.
The aim is to create a multi-purpose and dynamic place that fulfils a number of functions: a space where classic motorbikes can be repaired and restored and in which to foster contact with other users for buying and selling second- and third-hand motorbikes. It also offers a leisure and meeting space for motorbike fans to meet, like a social club, and for organising get-togethers and excursions.
Nowadays we are seeing a rise in the use of these vehicles as a hobby and as a means of transport sue to the fashion of recovering the retro and vintage style. However, these facilities currently have no direct competition in Barcelona as there are no workshops here that are devoted exclusively to this field.
