Anna Bosch - Granel

Granel

Supermercat a Granel (Loose goods supermarket) is a shop where the food is displayed without packaging. The customer can choose the amount they need and the containers can be recycled. Therefore, in this context, brands are abolished, as is competition between them. Consequently, by skipping the whole packaging process, costs are reduced. It is a shop that seeks a balance between the romantic idea of shopping for loose products in corner shops and shopping in big supermarkets. It is aimed at the consumer who is tired of the advertising focus, who doesn't want to feel cheated; a consumer who demands greater choice and who is aware of the environmental impact of their acts.

The alternative consists of creating the shop's own packaging system: a series of batches that change according to the product they contain and adhesive labels that give information about the chosen product, its price and the code number for the weighing scales.

The entire graphics are based on the name Granel (Loose Goods). The simplest and cleanest way to simulate the grain is the circle.
