The project delves into a reflection on grief, which helps us to decontextualize it and give it shape. It is an approach to the emotional process of death, where it is developed in an exploration of how it is socially perceived and its emotional influence. Seeking to understand how we deal with the loss of a loved one, and restore the personal balance and emotional well-being of these people. Understanding and connecting the different phases and states of grief and the role that objects play within that course.
It is presented as a pedagogical tool that complements professional monitoring. Providing interaction and support in this significant process during the first period of time after a death.
"DOLUS" is the creation of a new farewell ritual. A personal kit that helps manage the evolution of grief regarding death, and like it, has the possibility of leaving its mark in memory. A set of five classic stages of grief, based on a psychological model created by psychiatrist E. Küber-Ross.
