Artefactes de la casa expandida is a project that reflects on the concepts of home/household and seeks an alternative when returning to the normative home (what we conceive as the action that makes possible the return to a safe, immovable, and often home-shaped physical place) as a response to the observation of numerous cases in which returning home is impossible. 

To this end, the concept of the expanded house has been developed, which is defined through all those experiences and spaces that make up house/home beyond domesticity and habitability. 

Once this new approach to home has been developed and therefore a single space has been de-responsibilised, which we call home if it is so, it becomes clear that there is a home beyond, but at the same time, the problem of intermittently inhabiting different spaces and therefore feeling them hostile appears. It is at this point that the artifacts of the expanded house appear, as an attempt to cure the hostility generated by the changes. They act as a mediator between the inhabitant and space and aim to modify it through their own idiosyncrasy as objects.
