About the programme

Coordinated by Laura Laguna, the Advanced Studies Programme in Strategic Design for Transformation is designed for professionals looking to move into strategic design and incorporate new tools for analysis, innovation and decision-making. Over one semester, the programme provides training focused on understanding complex systems, developing viable proposals and leading transformation processes in uncertain environments.

The programme combines systems thinking, strategic ideation, service design and business design through a challenge-based learning methodology. Students will work with a real Innovation Territory, developing a cross-cutting project with ongoing individual tutoring, culminating in a public presentation before a panel comprising professionals and representatives from different fields.
