The photographic medium and its pictorial heritage.

Rethinking the limits of contemporary art and design. This is one of the objectives of Mock-ups and prototypes of visual creation, the 2nd year subject of the Bachelor of Design, led by Teresa Pera, which invites students to move through, develop, project and execute ideas with transversality in order to find their own singularity.

In order to focus part of the work of the subject: the photographic medium and its heritage, in mid-October the students visited La Virreina Centre de la Imatge to see the exhibition Possible Tales by the Canadian artist Jeff Wall, who has contributed enormously to defining or redefining photography as an integral part of contemporary art.
