In the research context, through edible artand food design, within the Unviersity Master in Research in Art and Design, professors Octavi Rofes and Tània Costa developed a session within the SPAMT project (1997) i DS20Y17 '(2017) by Martí Guixé, with a visit to his exhibition in the gallery H2O in Barcleona and in the Bar Ex-Designer own by the designer.
Octavi Rofes has took part in the exhibition DS20Y17' (Digital SPAMT 2017, 20 Years, 17 minutes) reeprocessing a diagram co-designed with Martí Guixé, with wasw made in 1997, which re-updates the critic mapping of Food Design in 2017.
Joaquim Ruiz Millet, director of the gallery H2O, took part in the explanation of the design project and the creative context of the work done by Martí Guixé edited by the gallery.
The second part of the visit was developed at Ex-Designer Bar, owned by Martí Guixé. There he explained his vision of the project with the experience and the use of the furniture and degustation tools designed in 3D printers.
