The world of design claims the quality of the interiors in commerces in the city, providing solutions for the preservation of cultural values and collective knowledge.
Responding to the challenges of preserving the commercial interior design is the basis of the allegation text made by EINA, presented on June 10th at the Official Journalist’s Association, in Barcelona.
Following the debate on the preservation of specific shops and boutiques, EINA held several working sessions with a group of renowned professionals to provide the perspective of the world of design on this issue . With determination and constructive criticism but as a synthesis of the work , the sessions resulted in an allegation document, which seeks to clarify concepts about the value of commercial interior design and on what should be the criteria and appropriate strategies to manage and guide heritage and enlightned the debate on the business model for the city. In this regard, a provocative while committed question, initiated the roundtable: "Why not catalog , albeit complex , commercial premises that have already disappeared ?". Enric Steegmann
