Students from France, Spain, and Germany design a curriculum for the future.
The aim of the Cultures d'Avenir project, led by the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB), the Pompidou Museum in Paris and the Haus der Kulturen der Welt (HKW) in Berlin, in which the EINA-UAB University Master's Degree in Research in Art and Design (MURAD) is participating, is to rethink the way in which artistic creation addresses the problems of society with young, committed artists.
The first meeting of Cultures d'Avenir is the workshop that will take place from 1 to 5 November in Paris, with the participation of Tània Costa, coordinator of MURAD, and Rafael Cribillés, and Carla Pocchiola, students of this course.
The Cultures d'Avenir transnational programme is aimed at master's degree students from universities and art schools who will spend five months developing a series of projects around artistic creation and social issues, with the advice of an international network of experts from various institutions and three mentors. The project is part of the French presidency of the European Parliament during the first half of 2022.
