Fostering Arts and Design presents the exhibition Art (D)éco 1925 | 2025. Design, a mirror of the decorative arts, which contrasts the material culture of two eras separated by a century of history.
The exhibition features works by emerging creators and established professionals. Highlights include members of the ADI-FAD “Talent” collective and Eina Bachelor in Design alumni: Laia Poy, Rocío Rodríguez Hidalga and Francina Ayuso, who give voice to contemporary design from a young and innovative perspective. The exhibition also includes renowned professionals and Eina professors such as Neus Escoda, Jordi Esteve, Dani Vila (Nahtrang), Jordi Pla, Genís Senén and Jordi Blasi, who contribute a more consolidated vision of industrial design.

Laia Poy - POYROS
Rocío Rodríguez Hidalga - OXT. Ganxet Digital.
Francina Ayuso - Rutes. Filtre ceràmic d'aigua.
The exhibition invites reflection on how the language of design has evolved: while in 1925 the discourse focused on how to industrialise production and democratise access to consumer goods, a century later the questions revolve around who produces, how and where; what responsibility we have towards the environment, and what inequalities are generated today by the current system of production and consumption.
By combining emerging talents and experienced professionals, the exhibition offers an expanded perspective: on the one hand, it illustrates the immediate future of local design; on the other, it recognises the legacy of creators who have shaped today’s design scene.
