Visor is an identity and promotion project for a video clip festival.
Video clips experienced a boom in the 1980s, but this has undergone a revival in recent years. All thanks to the emergence of new technology and social networks that make the production and consumption of audiovisual products possible. The aim of the festival is to schedule a number of events over three days to introduce, inform and award the video clip industry.
Therefore, the design challenge is to fuse the concepts of image and music into a powerful and easy-to-understand graphic creation.
In terms of graphics, the use of additive synthesis of primary colours (RGB) allows the music to be linked to the image and the idea conceptualised so that the music can be seen. Red, green and blue are constants in graphics, focusing our gaze on the visual part and not only on the music. Simultaneously, it unites the different pieces and graphics of the festival.
