The collection “Opera for Children” is meant to introduce young children to the world of opera, so that, having come into their adult years, they might know opera better and come to appreciate it.
Each volume of the collection involves a number of components designed to create an enriching and didactic reading experience, thus encouraging the relationship between adults and children. Pre and post reading activities are included, in both analogical (games on paper, theatrical performances) and digital formats (this latter with interactive multimedia content). The main element, namely the book, has unique features as well: differentiated reading for adults and children; a QR code on each page to play music with the assistance of a mobile apparatus; and a system to improve reading skills when done out loud before larger audiences.
