Grow uP is a set of school tables and chairs for children aged between 6 and 12, for primary schools. With this furniture, my aim was to improve the quality and aesthetics of the product and also the value of this type of furniture.
The project offers three possible sizes, depending on the age and characteristics of the student, and also includes a backpack support on the back of the chair, a tray which raises the chair to a certain height and a plastic clip which joins the tables together in any of the positions you wish to create.
Both the table and the chair are made from a tubular aluminium structure and a series of HPL laminated surfaces. Both the structure and the laminate used come in a range of colours.
